Just this once
Let me tell you you’re the sweetest thing
The love in every song I sing
The music in my ears and everything
Happiness writes white
Maybe that isn’t true tonight
And things you know you might forget
And other things I haven’t told you yet
Close your eyes
Count to ten
Turn around
Back again
Hit the floor
Then once more
I’m still here
And it’s all true
And it’s all true
We don’t need any kind of big parade
Just this once a little serenade
To celebrate this love we’ve made
We don’t need
Don’t need a big fanfare
This is just my heart laid bare
For anyone who might care
Go away
Round the world
Talk to all kinds of girls
But it’s me you won’t find
And you’re mine
Close your eyes
Count to ten
Turn around
Back again
Hit the floor
Then once more
I’m still here
And it’s all true, and it’s all true, do you feel it too?
And it’s all true, and its all true, tell me do you feel it too?
I guess it is time to start writing on this page again. It has been quite some time since my last real journal entry, and prior to it I had many intervals with one or two short thoughts every other month. The great thing is that –due to my inconsistence and lack of interest/inspiration– no one visits this place anymore. It is going to be sort of a new beginning, a quiet return without (m)any witnesses.
It all begins today…

— From the album Murmures
Je souffle un message au vent
Je peins des mirages au passage
Mes murmures sont pour toi
Glisser des notes dans ma voix
Pour parler encore à ton âme
Je peins ton visage au passage
J’ai des silences pour toi
Chaque oscillation de ma voix
Il es des mots inutiles
Et des amours en demi-ton
Mes silences plus subtils
Que de longs sanglots de violons
Je te dédie mes forêts
Et mes conversations d’oiseaux
Où se niche en secret
Un amour à fleur de peau
J’ai aperçu ton reflet
Au fond de chaque flaque d’eau
Mes murmures t’ont bercé
On s’est endormis aussitôt
Et demeurés alanguis
Pour se construire un lendemain
Fait de nos propres mains
Pour quelques milliers de vies
